Titanium is an element known for having the highest strength-to-weight ratio among all metals and is completely corrosion-resistant in natural environments. We can manufacture titanium bow shackles.

The bow shackles (both body and pin) we produce are made of high-quality alloy steel through advanced production lines and heat treatment in a medium-frequency furnace.

Available in a range from 0.5t to 150t.

Load Specifications:

The maximum testing load is twice the working load.

For WLL less than or equal to 85t, the minimum breaking load is 6 times the WLL.

For WLL more than 85t, the minimum breaking load is 4 times the WLL.

Non-destructive flaw detection is employed for every product to ensure there are no strength defects.
