Juli Sling Supplies Certified Permanent Mooring System for Haiyang Shiyou 116 FPSO

Haiyang Shiyou 116 is a 100,000-ton class FPSO developed by CNOOC and the core of the Wenchang Oilfield Cluster, serving as a fully integrated offshore oil and gas production facility.

Juli Sling Co., Ltd. is proud to have supplied the permanent mooring system, including:
– Nine upper mooring wire ropes (φ128 mm × 250 m)
– Two lower mooring wire ropes (φ128 mm × 300 m)
– Thirteen permanent mooring shackles, each with a minimum breaking load of 19,090 kN, suitable for QR4 grade 147 mm permanent mooring chains

All products were delivered in February 2025, and the mooring wire ropes were certified by Bureau Veritas (BV).This project demonstrates Juli Sling’s capability in providing high-quality mooring products for large-scale offshore platforms.
