In the 1960s, in the remote rural village of Nan Shaozhuang in Baoding, China, Yang Yingchun and Liu Liqin gave birth to five children.

In 1985, Yang Jianzhong and Yang Jianguo, twin brothers, started their business with 2,000 yuan, and the "Yingchun Rope Inserting Machine Factory", named after their father, took root in a farmhouse with only three cents of land.

Over two thousand years ago, Archimedes once said this:" Give me a fulcrum, I can hoist the earth!"

Two thousand years later, someone also said something like this:" Give me a lifting point ,I can lift the earth!" The former became a famous mathematician and physicist, and the latter is JULI Group, which has a 70 percent share in the sling industry!

Yingchun Rope Inserting Machine Factory, forming the beginnings of an industry, occupying an area of one acre in 1987. The factory held its first order meeting in 1988.

In 1990, the factory was moved from the countryside to Xushui County, renamed "Pegasus Lifting Appliances Factory", and the scale of the factory reached two acres.

In 1994, first sales company abroad was set up in Shanghai and a new selling model began to take over the big city. 

Yang Jianzhong, Yang Jianguo and Yang Zi led eleven other brave men to make a name for himself in Shanghai.

In 1995, "JULI Group" was established in Xushui County, merging other sling factories and bringing the size of the company to eight acres.

In 1998, Science & Technology Building of JULI Group was opened, while JULI Group was comprehensively upgraded and moved towards scientific, formal and military management.

Since 2000, JULI Group has set up a number of sales companies and offices throughout the country, reaching more than 100 to date, covering the whole of China.

Since 2000, the factory has been expanded several times and the process of production has been mechanised and automated.

In 2002, JULI Group merged and acquired two factories, covering an area of 80 acres.

In 2002, JULI Group entered into a joint venture with Print-Rite Group.

In 2004, JULI Group entered into a joint venture with Lekai Group.

In 2005 and 2000, two sling seminars were held to establish the position of Juli Sling in the industry.

In 2009, JULI Group built a thousand acres of sling industrial area.

The overall industrial area of JULI Group reached a size of 2,000 acres in 2010.

On 26 January 2010, Juli Sling was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange of China's A-share market, with a market capitalisation of 10 billion on the same day.

On 29 January 2010, successful listing of the initial public offering of A shares of JULI SLING CO.,LTD. and holding a celebratory reception in the Baoding Electric Valley.

Technology Industrial Park Project was Launched in JULI SLING (Henan) CO.,LTD.

Project introduction: The project covers an area of 759.1 acres, with a total investment of 1.08 billion yuan, constructing an annual output of 100,000 tons of steel wire ropes, with the construction of Sling Researching and Development Centre, Sling International Exchange Centre, Sling Experimental Testing Centre and Sling Training Base, etc.
