Usage: JLQ-10 Series Bridge Crane with Hook is widely used in factories, workshop and warehouse, etc, for the general loading, unloading, lifting and transportation indoor or outdoor fixed span.

To guarantee safety, lifting mechanism is equipped with weight limiter and height limiter. Traveling mechanism uses polyurethane buffer with long stroke and small buffer force. Driver's cab is comfortable with broad vision. which makes the operation of the crane easier.

The crane is equipped with maintenance suspending cage, convenient for the maintenance of large cart integrator.

Note: when outdoor using, rain proof equipment is necessary.

Bridge Crane Usage

JLQ-1.0 Series Bridge Crane with Hook is widely used in factories, workshop and warehouse, etc, for the general loading, unloading, lifting and transportation indoor or outdoor fixed span. JLM-2.0 series 10-50/10t double beam Portal Crane with hook series is suitable for the loading and unloading of outdoor warehouse, stock ground, railway freight station, port cargo area, etc. It is also used for special operations by equipping with specialized lifting devices.

Conducting device of small cart adopts deformed steel rail and   cable conductor device.    Standardization, serialization and universal design in components.   Crane power supply form includes cable mandrel type (left or right side) and   conductor type(left or right side).    Both are available. Driver's cab has good vision, equipped with   interactive console panel, flexible to operate, stable and comfortable.  It can be customized to add fan, air   heater, air cooler, air conditioner and interphone, etc.Please advise us the   working condition like highest temperature, lowest temperature and power   source type when you choose your own crane. We are also able to design   special size according to customers' requirement.

BRIDGE CRANE

	1.   The wheel pressure data showed in the chart is for crane used indoor. When   using the crane outdoor, the wheel pressure shall increase 5%
	2.   H0 is the increasing height of the buffer;
	3.All   parts can be added adjustable-speed function according to customers'   requirement.

LADLE CRANE
	Ladle   crane is a type of metallurgy bridge crane for steel factory. It is one of   the main equipment for lifting and transportation in the process of steel   making and continuous casting. It is mainly used for charging bay to add   molten iron to converter or electric furnace, in molten iron receiving bay to   lift the molten iron to turret of continuous casting machine or in refining   bay to lift the molten iron to finery, and there are minorty of ladle crane   used for casting steel ingot or parts.Ladle crane can be divided into 3   categories as follows according to entire structure:Four-beam four-rail   double cart ladle crane, four-beam six-rail double cart ladle crane, double   beam double rail single cart ladle crane.
	1.Large   load for lifting to meet the capacity of converter.
	2.Speed   of lifting has been improved so that it can suit to load and transport in hot   temperatureand in high efficiency.
	3.Security   measures have been added to the ladle crane.
	4.Main   and auxiliary lifting mechanism, main and auxiliary small cart and large cart   speed is adjusted by 10:1. The low speed is convenient for location.
	5.The ladle crane is equipped with stroke   limit, load limit, measuring display instrument, more than 10 kinds of safety   devices to guarantee safety of operation and maintenance, to meet the   requirement of use entirely.
