Juli Sling Completes Stator Installation for Unit 2 Pumped Storage Station

Juli is proud to announce the successful installation of the stator for the unit 2 pumped storage hydroelectricity station in Tiantai, Zhejiang, marking a significant milestone in the advancement of renewable energy solutions.

The pumped storage power station, designed for hydroelectric power generation, is a critical component in enhancing energy storage and ensuring grid stability. The successful installation of the Unit 2 stator is expected to play a vital role in the entire project.

The installation process was successfully completed without any incidents, highlighting the dedication and expertise of our team. Stator outer diameter is about 8.1 meters, and by more than 150,000 sheets of silicon steel sheet precision stacked together, the overall lifting weight is about 482.7 tons. Juli Sling’s customized Stator spreader with eight sets of lifting bars has proven to be instrumental in achieving this success.
