Meet Juli Sling Co., Ltd. at ADIPEC 2025: Safer, Smarter Heavy Lifts for Oil & Gas
October 29, 2025
Why Now: Multi Trends We’re Ready to Tackle
1) Deepwater & Harsh Conditions
Ultra-large offshore structures and tighter weather windows demand higher factors of safety, engineered redundancy and precise load sharing. Our experience in equalised lifting, load-path modelling and real-time monitoring helps expand operational windows without compromising safety.
2) FPSO/FLNG Modularisation
Shifts in global gas supply are accelerating LNG and FLNG deployment. Multi-thousand-ton module lifts require high-capacity beams/grommets and dynamic-load control to achieve millimetre-class alignment and predictable schedules.

Project Highlights (Oil & Gas, Selected)
Haiji-2 Deepwater Jacket — Asia Benchmark
Asia’s record-setting deepwater jacket measures 338.5 m in height and approx. 37,000 t in weight at the Liuhua oilfield. Our high-performance rigging supported critical lifts around the programme, which set regional benchmarks for height, weight and operating depth.
“Haikui No. 1” Cylindrical FPSO — First of Its Kind in Asia
Installed in the Liuhua oilfield in 2024, Haikui No. 1 marks a milestone for cylindrical FPSOs in Asia. Juli supplied an integrated lifting package including an 800-t lifting beam and 400/500-t lift assemblies to support major module lifts during construction.
NGUYA FLNG — Custom 5,000-t Lifting Beam System
For the NGUYA FLNG project, we custom-engineered a 5,000-t lifting beam system for upper-module integration, designed to withstand dynamic loads and keep millimetre-class positioning in extreme conditions—enabling precise module-to-hull mating.
Together, these programmes span deepwater jackets, FPSO and FLNG scenarios, forming a proven system-level lifting toolkit—from beams and lift assemblies to grommets, wire-rope and chain slings—validated under harsh sea states and narrow weather windows.
We invite partners across deepwater oil & gas and FPSO/FLNG modularisation to meet with Juli Sling Co., Ltd. during ADIPEC week. Share your constraints—load cases, sea states, hook heights, interfaces, schedule and compliance—and we’ll propose a sling & rigging package with appropriate safety factors, documentation and inspection plans for your environment.
